What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
I can't wait to meet you! Once your appointment is booked, you'll receive an email with everything you need to know before your visit. If you complete a Digital Consultation first, I'll review your hair goals and help guide you toward the right services before we schedule.

When you arrive, you'll find me inside My Salon Suites at The Fountains. There's a comfortable waiting area just outside the secured entrance, where your can ring my suite and I'll let you in when I'm ready for you.
The Appointment
We’ll begin with a thorough consultation to talk through your hair, your lifestyle, and what you’d like to achieve- both today and over time. My goal is to create a plan that gives you beautiful results while keeping your maintenance realistic.
For color appointments, your formula and application details are customized for you and saved for future visits. While your color processes, settle in and enjoy the amenities in my private suite.
Your haircut, treatments, and styling are tailored to your hair and your goals. I’m always happy to share tips, product recommendations, and styling techniques so you can recreate your look at home.
Before you leave, we’ll talk about at-home care and when I recommend seeing you again. I also love photographing finished results! You’re always welcome to bring a favorite top or makeup for a quick touch-up- but photos are completely optional.
After Goodbye
After your visit, I want you to feel just as confident caring for your hair at home as you did when you left the salon. If you have questions about your color, styling, or products, you’re always welcome to reach out.
I also love staying connected between appointments, so you’ll find hair tips, product recommendations, and a little behind-the-scenes salon life on Instagram and Facebook.
